Shipping & Returns

International Orders

For international orders. We offer express shipping (3-6 days) on all orders.

Upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance: we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by this site.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

EU Orders

We offer 2 day shipping on all EU orders. Overnight shipping is available for $20.

Returns

All purchases must be returned in their original condition (unworn with original tags attached) within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, and we promise to make the process as easy as possible. Call our customer service to book a free pickup in the EU or, send it back yourself by your method of choice to the following address:

Keeping Your Return in Original condition

Please try your best to maintain items in pristine condition so that we may accept your return and it may be resold to other customers. All items must be returned unworn and with their original tags attached. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, we will attempt to assist with repairs and/or obtaining replacement hardware but are unable to provide a replacement or refund for an unrepairable product.

Refunds and Processing

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale

A small number of items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
